When a hungry leopard encountered the carcass of a dead zebra in the Djuma Private Game Reserve in Vuyatela, South Africa, he couldn’t believe his luck. It’s not often an African predator comes across a meal this substantial out there on the plains. The hungry leopard did what hungry leopards do and hunkered down to enjoy his meal. What he didn’t realize is the zebra had been dead for well over twenty four hours, and a build up of gas, acid, urine and blood had filled up the dead zebra’s stomach to bursting point. The leopard had no clue as it tucked it to its free meal, which is why it was about to get the fright of its life!

Check out one very surprised leopard, but be warned. This video is most definitely NOT for the squeamish!
