What’s going on here then? Well, it appears that two people are trying to pull out something badly stuck in a drain pipe. They’ve attached a rope to the stuck object, and are pulling on it with all their might.

Now this video begs the obvious question. How on earth did the puppies get down there in the first place? It seems likely that someone discarded their pet’s unwanted offspring down the drain hoping they would die. I honestly don’t know what goes through some people’s minds.
