When Tim LeBlanc of Nuevo, California, awoke in the middle of the night to find his 12-year-old daughter’s bedroom window open and her nowhere to be seen, he feared the worst. Unbeknownst to him, she had been chatting to 15 year old Scott Stillwell on social media for quite some time, and had snuck out of the house at 2am to meet him.
Except, Stillwell was not 15. He was 27, and had been sending LeBlanc’s daughter lewd messages and naked pictures of himself. After discovering her missing, LeBlanc and his eldest son set out to find his daughter. They discovered her nearby being ushered into a car by Stillwell, who had every intention of forcing himself on the vulnerable girl.
Realizing his true age, LeBlanc struck Stillwell, knocking him out immediately. He took a picture of the comatose predator whilst he waited for police to arrive. Stillwell, from San Diego County, was arrested and charged with meeting up with child with intention to commit a sex act and sending harmful matter to a minor. Meanwhile, LeBlanc has banned his daughter from using social media.
