Introduction
DDM Group LTD (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website, DailyDigest.com (“Website”), to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have established the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement.
Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available on or through our Website infringes upon your copyright, please provide a written notification (“DMCA Notice”) containing the following information:

5.A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification (“Counter Notice”) to our Copyright Agent. The Counter Notice must include:
1.Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
2.A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
4.A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid Counter Notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. If that party does not notify us within ten (10) business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material in question, we will restore the material to our Website.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
