According to recent research carried out by the State University of New York, oral sex is said to be a healthy, feel good remedy. Scientists have discovered that there are mood improving chemicals in male semen which can be very beneficial for women’s health.
The sex lives of almost 300 women were examined and it looks as though those that ventured south sleep better, having better moods and generally worry less.
Things such as spermatozoa, cortisol, estrone and oxytocin all help increases mood to positive levels. Melatonin and serotonin work as anti-depressants too!
