The Rock for president? Sounds crazy, right? Well, yeah. But hey, we’ve had B-movie actor Ronald Reagan as president before. And action star Arnold Schwarzenegger as Governor of California, of course. And let’s not even get started with Donald Trump…
So it’s not outside of the realms of possibility that Dwayne Johnson could be a good candidate for the future, is it? And the website Independent Journal have put forward the case. Here’s what they said:
“As a growing number of Americans grow disillusioned with the major Democrat and Republican candidates, they are beginning to hope for a 3rd party candidate that represents their values to step in.”
“To that end, there’s a new movement calling on one man to step up and bring together these divided Americans in a way that current two-party candidates haven’t been able to, and that man is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson…”
Turns out The Rock’s read the article. He’s just given his views on it too. And he’s seems keen on the job! Here’s what he tweeted:
