He Slices Potatoes Into Thin Layers And Puts Them In A Muffin Pan… When It’s Ready? Unbelievably Tasty!

Potatoes. We all love potatoes, don’t we? There’s no greater legume. Snacks, sides, main meals, these versatile ground gifts are unrivaled in the culinary world. French fries, mash, chips, tater tots… The list is seemingly endless. But we think we may well have stumbled across the tastiest way to cook potatoes ever known to man: ‘Parmesan Potato Stacks‘!

    Ingredients to serve 4-6 people:
    – 3 tablespoons of butter (melted)
    – 2 tablespoons of Parmesan
    – 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    – 1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
    – Salt and pepper
    – 8-10 potatoes, sliced as thin as possible
    – A 12 cup muffin tin

    Instructions:
Preheat your oven to a 350°F. Grease the muffin tin. Thinly slice the potatoes after peeling. Put them in a big bowl and pour in the melted butter, cheese, garlic powder, thyme, and seasoning. Mix it all up and place them into the muffin cups. Stack and layer. Put the muffin tin in the oven and bake for an hour. That’s it. Delicious!
