I’m a simple gal. For fun I like to watch soccer, play some music, perhaps have a drink or two. If I’m feeling really crazy I might drive a little over the speed limit on the freeway. However, for some this is not enough. These people – adrenaline junkies, thrill seekers, call ’em what you will – get their kicks through being in danger. They hang off incredibly high cliffs, jump over houses and so on. Basically, their idea of fun is trying to cheat death.
In this video, called simply People Are Awesome, we see a compilation of guys and girls doing all manner of crazy stuff, including jumping out of a helicopter at God-knows-how-many-feet, flinging themselves into the ocean and surfing in the desert. There’s even a surfing baby!
