Cameras mounted on drones have allowed photographers and film makers to capture images that they have never previously thought possible. However, they can also be a pest, severely interfering with people’s privacy. Drones have been used to spy on neighbors, amongst other things, and the law has not yet caught up with the technology, so the number of prosecutions thus far has been minimal.
In the following video, we see a poor chap in Rhode Island trying to catch a few rays atop a 200 ft wind turbine when he is rudely interrupted by one such drone. To be fair to Kevin Miller – the pilot of the drone – he was merely exploring the workings of the turbine. He did not expect someone to be sunbathing on the top of it!
