Can you believe that it’s been fourteen years since the first Jason Bourne movie? That’s right, it was way back in 2002 when Doug Liman directed Matt Damon in the first spy thriller in the series, The Bourne Identity. Two superior sequels (Supremacy and Ultimatum) later and the Good Will Hunting star pulled out. A fourth, The Bourne Legacy cast Jeremy Renner in a similar Bournesque role but disappointed.
But fans of JB can rejoice. ‘Jason Bourne’ reunites Damon and Supremacy and Ultimatum director Paul Greengrass and is set to be released on July 29, 2016. Early tasters look GOOD too! It co-stars Julia Stiles, Vincent Cassell, Riz Ahmed and Tommy Lee Jones as the Director of the CIA.
We’ve got the trailer for you here below, but it’s the shape of Damon we’re really interested in. He looks so cut it’s unreal. He’s seriously jacked and that bodes well for the action scenes, doesn’t it? See for yourself…
