So if you or your child gets ear ache after swimming or whenever, just follow this clever little life hack and within minutes, you should be feeling the benefit! Seriously. It only takes five to ten minutes to kick in. Which is brilliant, isn’t it?

All you need to do is fill up an old sock with a cup to a cup and a half of sea salt. Tie the sock up nice and tight and cook in a pan over a hot stove (WITHOUT OIL!) at a medium temperature, turning frequently. Then, once the salt is warm, but the fabric bearable to human skin, use it as a pillow on the offending ear… MAGIC!
