A brave pit bull gave the ultimate sacrifice for her owner recently after getting in the way of a knife and saving her life. Sadly, six year-old terrier Lucy later died. The sad event took place on Saturday after the dog lunged at her owner Lisa Potts’ attacker – her violent ex-boyfriend Walter Williams, who had come at her with a knife.
