Kevin Richardson is also known by another name. ‘The Lion Whisperer’. Why do people call him that? Well, the Johannesburg, South Africa-based zoology expert has dedicated his life to learning about, understanding and spending time with the kings of the jungle. So much so that he he knows exactly how to deal with them in the safest way possible.
It’s just crazy how up close and personal that Richardson can get with lions and lionesses. He wins their trust, apes their behavior and observes their social traits and behaviors in order to be trusted. And in doing so, gets unique access to them. And even their beautiful little cubs!
He demonstrates such a calm, peaceful nature and loving way, that the lionesses know that they can trust him with their young. And we can see beautiful proof of this right here. This makes for some incredible viewing. We’re so jealous!
