Obese Woman Drops From Size 16 to Size 6 By Cutting Out Just ONE Ingredient!


British woman Donna Docherty used to weigh 215lbs. She was technically obese and wanted to make a change. So she dedicated herself to losing weight and managed to park a hugely impressive 100lbs+ as she slimmed down to 112lbs. Dropping a whole bunch of dress sizes in the process.

How? Well, Donna attributes her success partially to hard work and exercise, of course. But mostly? She cut out just one ingredient – sugar!

The 31 year-old decided enter into a program of weight loss after seeing her father become ill due to his size. And after seeing pictures of herself at her own wedding. And just by cutting out sugar, she managed it!

“I hired a personal trainer and began doing serious cardio as well as body weights. Within a year I’d dropped over six stone and couldn’t believe how much better I looked and felt!”

“When I look back at my wedding photos I can’t believe how different I look and what a difference cutting out sugar has made. I haven’t had to give up my sweet tooth altogether as I can still buy protein bars and low calorie sweets online.”
