You’ve seen How I Met Your Mother, right? And you know the character of ladies man Barney (Dougie Howser, MD himself – Neil Patrick Harris)? Right. The standard belief is that Daniel (Ralph Macchio) is the good guy and the bad guy is teenage Cobra Kai student Johnny Lawrence (played by William Zabka).

Barney says that that the dark-haired Karate Kid himself is ‘a scrawny loser from New Jersey who barely even knows karate’. And is actually a bully. Sounds ridiculous, right? Well, maybe not.
