El Paso, Texas. Deputy Tony Scherb of the County Sheriff’s Office, after a full and enjoyable twenty nine long years on the job, has finally retired. It was a tough decision to make, but it was time to go. He’s had his ups and downs, but mostly ups. Unusually for a lawman, he’s extremely popular with the local community.

Tony is known in El Paso for being, as most people who know him would say, ‘highly professional, polite and reliable’. So no one at work expected to see him doing what they caught him doing on this CCTV footage. Getting into the department’s elevator, he starts getting down to “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)”. Yeah, you know the one! He was really letting go and spreading the joy. What a dude.

We love this, it’s a real heart-warmer that’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face. We bet the Deputy’s colleagues will be sad to see the back of him and we’d like to wish the man a happy retirement. Enjoy yourself, Tony!
