Breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day, right? Right. And, if you do it right, it’s the most delicious meal of the day too. You wake up starving hungry after having been half a day without having eaten. You want tasty food. But you don’t want to wait. Fifteen minutes is all you can wait. Maximum.

And while we appreciate that a lot of people like to eat healthily (like by eating garlic), and so do we – of a weekend? We treat ourselves to luxury in the breakfast stakes. We want calories and taste and a whole load of guilty pleasure. That’s why we’re so exciting about trying Cheesy Egg Toast…

It’s so easy to make and so damn delicious looking that we almost can’t believe that we’ve never thought to make it before. All you need is bread, eggs, cheese and a little butter and you’re away! Oh, and the back of a spoon for a reason that will soon become clear.
